The key areas for waterproofing prefabricated container houses are concentrated at the connection points, doors and windows, and the roof. These areas require targeted treatment to prevent leaks. Connection points are high-risk areas for leaks; the joints between wall panels and the roof, base, and frame should be filled with waterproof sealant, and waterproof strips should be added to the outside for double protection. Waterproof membranes should be additionally laid at corners and internal/external angles to enhance waterproofing.

Door and window installation requires adjusting for level and vertical alignment. The gaps between the door/window frames and wall panels should be filled tightly with sealant, and waterproof strips should be added to the connection between the glass and the window frame to ensure smooth operation and tight sealing, preventing rainwater from seeping through the gaps.

Roof waterproofing requires ensuring a reasonable drainage slope to prevent water accumulation. Roof joints should be sealed with sealant, and an additional waterproof coating or membrane can be applied to enhance the roof's waterproofing capabilities. Drip lines should be installed at the eaves to prevent rainwater from flowing down the wall panels and seeping into the interior.

Regularly inspect waterproof areas and promptly repair aging or cracked sealants and waterproof membranes to ensure optimal waterproofing performance.
