Bridging Continents: From Shenyang to Georgetown

We are thrilled to announce the successful departure of a 200-ton structural steel package destined for a large-scale gold mining facility in Guyana, South America. This project marks a significant milestone in ZSL's expansion into the high-growth industrial sectors of the Guiana Shield.

Project Challenges & ZSL Solutions

1. Tropical Corrosion Resistance: Guyana's humid tropical climate is aggressive toward steel. We applied a specialized High-Build Epoxy Zinc-Rich coating system (DFT ≥ 275μm) to ensure a 25-year service life with minimal maintenance.
2. Complex Logistics: Shipping to Georgetown requires precise coordination. ZSL's logistics team managed the multi-modal transport from our factory to Dalian Port, coordinating with specialized break-bulk carriers for oversized structural members.
3. On-Site Ready Design: Because of the remote site location, every part was double-labeled with high-durability UV-resistant tags and accompanied by a digital "Assembly Map" accessible via QR codes on each bundle.

Capacity in Action

The 500-ton order was fabricated, coated, and packed within 45 days, a timeline that allowed the client to hit their "dry season" construction window-saving them months of potential weather-related delays.

Expanding in South America

ZSL is seeing a surge in inquiries from Guyana's burgeoning oil and mining industries. Our ability to provide US-Standard-compliant engineering at competitive export rates makes us a strategic partner for South American infrastructure development.
