ZSL is proud to announce the full operational launch of our Heavy-Duty Fabrication Wing. This expansion is a direct response to the increasing demand for high-span industrial warehouses and complex energy-sector infrastructure worldwide.

While others chase automation, ZSL continues to invest in the Elite Welder Program. Our structures are crafted by senior technicians with an average of 15 years in heavy steel fabrication.

• Expanded H-Beam Lines: We have added three manual high-precision lines specifically for oversized H-beams (Q355B), capable of handling up to 40mm thick flanges.
• Enhanced QC Integration: Every workstation is now paired with an independent quality audit station. Welders perform self-checks before our QC team conducts ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing.
• Throughput Milestone: This expansion increases our annual heavy-steel capacity by 15,000 tons, ensuring that even multi-phase industrial park projects stay on schedule.
